Hello, I just signed up for an account here. I added my esn and iccid as requested. After several failed attempts my service was setup on the $35 plan. I see that I was assigned a new phone number. In my phone settings it still shows my old Sprint number, and I can't use any services. What am I doing wrong?

Manually Provisioning Your Phone Number
Fire up the dialer application
Dial ##MSL# (Your MSL can be found in the Accounts page of your RingPlus Dashboard)
Click on "MDN" or "Phone Number"
Enter your 10-digit phone number (without any hyphens or punctuation)
If necessary, click on "MSID"
Enter the 10-digit MSID that is found in the Accounts page of your RingPlus Dashboard. Note: Please remove all of the zero's!
Click "Done" or continue to click "Done" until your phone reboots.
You should now be able to make phone calls and texts! Next comes setting up your data connection.
Update Your Data with a System Update (Android)
Connect to a local WiFi signal. If you get an error at any point that says "No update available," connecting to a WiFi network will allow the handset to go over the Internet and reach the provisioning servers.
Hold down the "Home" button or click on the “Application” icon
Click “System Updates” - depending on your version of Android (2.3, 4.0, 4.1, etc...) this may also require you to swipe side-to-side to find it on a different screen.
Click "Update Profile". The device will connect via the internet and provision your data.
Your phone will now reboot and when it comes back up, you should have full data!

My brother had trouble activating his phone. We found that, by dialing ##786# (RTN settings) and doing a "Reset to factory defaults" (requires the MSL number) that it cleared the Profile. Then, after rebooting, the phone automatically activated itself (and populated the Profile with the correct information) without any further actions by us. (This was an Android phone.)

##MSL# does not work on this device.
Is this a Sprint "As You Go" SG Victory? Do you have good Sprint Service in your area?
I would do a carrier reset ##72786# and let it do it hands free activation. Put the device in CDMA only mode turn on wifi and 3G and do a Profile and PRL update. You may need to send RP your iccid # for them to manually activate it on their end so you can get3G/4G LTE to function properly.

I got error code 67, when I tried using data. It was working, but all of a sudden it just stopped. It said something about an incorrect username/password. Any suggestions?

Try preforming a reset on the device by going to menu -->settings-->about phone-->system updates-->update profile. See if that fixes the issue!

I have tried that multiple times but my data still does not work.

@edwardzhang5, Just to be clear, it is Sprint branded, correct? It's not VM, is it? Check out this forum:
